All Gli Etruschi’s three-roomed apartments are in the biggest farmhouse on the estate. These are the largest apartments we offer and are suitable for 4-6 people.
Spacious and comfortable, these three-roomed apartments have two bedrooms as well as a good-sized lounge with kitchen corner – all you need to enjoy the perfect holiday in the Tuscan countryside not far from the sea.
WHAT THEY FEATURE
The family-run agritourism, Gli Etruschi on the Etruscan Coast, has three types of three-roomed apartments each different to the other:
A TYPE APARTMENTS: located on the first floor, these flats comprise a large lounge with kitchen corner, one double and one twin bedded bedroom, a private bathroom and a large covered terrace with table & chairs for dining or relaxing al fresco.
B TYPE APARTMENTS: located on the first floor, these comfortable, light, airy apartments boast a large lounge with kitchen corner, two large double rooms and a private bathroom.
C TYPE APARTMENTS: located on the ground floor, the largest of our apartments comprise a large lounge with kitchen corner, 1 double and 1 twin bedded room, a private bathroom and outside, a private portico with table and chairs.
All of these three-roomed apartments come complete with all cooking utensils, bed linen, towels and teacloths, their own heating system and digital terrestrial TV. All guests in these apartments can also make full use of all communal areas at no extra charge. These include: garden, barbeque, children’s playground and swimming pool, a pool for adults (with sun beds and umbrellas) a ping pong table, boules, billiards and a laundry.
